- 2-4 green chillies - finaly chopped
- 2 tsp oil/ ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder ( adjust for taste)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt for taste
- Fresh Coriander leaves
- Fresh lemon juice ( optional)
Let's Cook it step by step:
Step 1: Heat the oil:
First, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium flame. Add sumin seeds to it and let it crackle
Step 2: Cook the Veggies:
Then add onion and sauté till it becomes golden brown. Then add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and stir. Then add 1 finaly chopped tomatoes.
Step 3: Add Spices
Then add green chillies/ red chilli powder in it for spice flavour.
Step 4: Stir in the Paneer
Mash the paneer and add in the vegetables and stir tham in low flame till it is cooked.
Step 5: Final Touches
Once the Panner Bhurji is cooked, turn off the flame and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
