Introduction:
Ingredients:
- 200 gm panner ( crumbed)
- 4 slice of bread ( whole wheat, white)
- 1 Medium size onion ( finaly chopped)
- 1 Medium size tomato( finaly chopped)
- 1/2 capsicum (finaly chopped)
- 1-2 green chillies ( finaly chopped)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Fresh coriander leaves ( chopped)
- Salt for taste
- Green chutney/ katchup
- Ghee for grill
Let's see how make it:
Step 1:Prepare the Paneer Filling:
First in my mixing bowl add panner crumbed, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, chopped green chillies, cumin powder, garam masala , chopped coriander leaves or mix them completely well.
Step:Assemble the Sandwich:
Then lay a bread slice and apply a thin layer of butter on one side and a layer of green chutney. Then add a mixture of common veggies. Then add butter or green chutney on another slice. Then place another bread slice on top of one bread slice.
Step 3:Grill it to Perfection:
Then apply butter or ghee on a grill pan or sandwich maker and let it heat up. Then add the sandwiches in it and grill them till they turn golden brown on both sides. If you are using a grill pan then press the sandwich a little on the top and it will be lovely grilled.
Step:Serve Hot:
Now your hot paneer grill sandwich is ready. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup and enjoy With you quick breakfast or brunch.
Tips to Customize:
- You can add more veggies to it like sweet corn, spinach full stuffing.
- If you like spicy flavour you can spinkal red chilli flakes for spiciness.
- You can added slice of cheese for complete taste.
