 Best White Sauce Pasta In 10 minute

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm paste ( any you like)
  • 2 tbsp butter( because butter make everything better)
  • 2 tbsp flour for thickens of sauce 
  • 2 cup of warm milk for creamy texture 
  • 1/4 tbsp black paper powder 
  • Salt for taste 
  • 1/4 Cheese ( grated cheese )
  • Olive oil 
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers 
  • 1/2 cup brocolli 
  • 1 small  cup carrot 
  • 1/2 sweet corn

Let's start cooking:

Step 1: Boil the Pasta:

First add 2 cups of water in a deep pan and add some salt for taste and add some olive oil and keep it on medium flame till it boils. Once the water boils once then add pasta in it and let it cook for 8-10 minutes. But do not let it cook too much. Once done, drain the water and keep the pasta a aside.

Step 2: Prepare the White Sauce:

for creamy goodness! Add butter in a pan and let it heat on low flame.Once the butter is heated, add the flour to it and let the mixture cook for 2 minutes until the mixture turns a little golden brown.

Then add some warm milk or continuously whisking to avoid lumps. Keep stirring until the sauce becomes thick. for brazil the black pepper powder and some salt for taste.

Step 3: Sauté the Veggies:

its time to add veggies. Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a deep pan, add brocolli, carrot, onion in it and cook for 3-4 minutes. but don't cook it too much, a little crunchy taste will give a different taste to your pasta.

Step 4: Mix It All Together:

Time to mix it , add your bold pasta and veggies with white sauce. And stir it till the pasta is completely well coated with creamy sauce.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy:

Now your pasta is ready, serve it with some extra cheese or some hubs. And enjoy.

Tips & Variation:

Add protein:

 If you want  health meal in it  you can add chicken or paneer as per your choice.

Make it spicy:

to make it spicy add  some red chilli flakes or darzzil with the white sauce.

Harb in it: 

add some italian harb like origano for enhance the taste of sauce.
