Ingredients:
200 gm panner ( crumbed)
1 large boiled potato ( mashed)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs for coating
1 onion ( finaly chopped)
2-3 green chillies ( chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt for taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil for fry
Let's make it:
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture:
Add crumbed paneer, boiled potato, breadcrumbs, ginger paste, chopped onion, chopped, green chillies, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt in a bowl.
Add coriander leaves For fresh flover.
Add and mix until it is completely combined together
Step 2: Shape the Cutlets:
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into round or oval cutlets.
Roll the cutlets with broadcrumbs for extra crispy coating
Step 3: Fry the Cutlets:
Heat some oil in a pan on low flame.
Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame till they turn golden brown from both sides.
Once done remove it and keep it in on the towel.
Tips:
